Happy New Year Green Drinkers!

What a fantastic year 2016 was was for Green Drinks DC. We had so many amazing events, from film screenings to live music, and they would have been nothing without the most important part. You! So, from all of us on the Green Drinks DC Committee, we are so thankful for your participation and support in 2016 and we are so excited for everything we have planned in 2017. 

But, as Trump unveils his administration’s plans, it is becoming increasingly clear how many environmental battles are ahead of us this year. That is why Green Drinks DC is hosting a pre-inauguration happy hour on January 18, 2017at Sauf Haus Bier Hall and Garten in Dupont Circle. 

This will be a chance to celebrate all the environmental actions President Obama has taken during the past eight years, while also taking a hard look at what the next four years will look like. January 18 is our chance to come together as a group, celebrate our successes, and prepare for the fights ahead.

We are working to find a guest speaker for this event, but wanted to let you know about this ASAP! When we have additional details, we will definitely let you know.

Sauf Haus Bier Hall and Garten

Sauf Haus Bier Hall and Garten is a multilevel space with two indoor bars and one roof-deck biergarten that serves traditional German bier and pub food.

There are sixteen German biers on draft that rotate seasonally.

Local live music acts play every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night with no cover charge.

Sauf Haus is bier centric and neighborhood focused.
